Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains, step by step, how to request that Gallo AI Systems delete the data it holds about you and stop having access to your accounts. The full detail of what we process and why is in our Privacy Notice.

What data we may hold about you

• Your contact details and your business details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, and our conversation.
• Identifiers for the accounts we manage on your behalf: your Facebook Page ID, your Instagram professional account ID and your Meta Business ID.
• The access tokens your business granted us so we can publish on your behalf.
• The content and publishing calendar we produced for you, and the metrics of those posts.
• Billing records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card data.

Option 1: request it in writing

This is the direct route and it covers everything listed above.

1. Email gabocapaldi@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”. You can also write via WhatsApp.
2. Include your full name and a way to reply to you.
3. Tell us which business or accounts you mean, and what you want deleted: everything, or only part of it.
4. Attach identification proving you are the data subject, or the authority proving you represent the business. Mexican law requires us to verify identity before deleting.

Option 2: cut off our access yourself

Access to your accounts is yours and you can withdraw it at any time without asking us: go to your business settings in Meta Business, or to your Facebook or Instagram account settings, find the apps and partners that have access, and remove Gallo AI Systems. The moment you do, the tokens stop working and we lose any ability to reach your accounts.

Meta renames these menus often; if you cannot find the option, write to us and we will send you the exact path that is current that day. Withdrawing access cuts the connection, but on its own it does not erase what we already stored: for that, also use Option 1.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request.
• We communicate our determination within a maximum of twenty days from receiving the request and, where it applies, we carry it out within the following fifteen days. That period may be extended once by an equal period if the case justifies it, and we tell you if that happens.
• We revoke and destroy the access tokens for your accounts.
• We confirm in writing once the deletion is done.
• The process is free of charge.

What we cannot delete

• Posts already live on your own social accounts: they live in your account, not ours. You delete them from your account whenever you want.
• Whatever Meta or another platform keeps on its own. That is governed by each platform’s privacy policy, not ours.
• Records we are legally required to keep, mainly tax and accounting records for services already invoiced. Those are blocked from any further use until the legal retention period expires, and are then erased.
