Terms of Service

These Terms govern the services provided by Aldo Gabriel Hernández Estrella, a sole proprietor with business activity trading as Gallo AI Systems, with address at Av. Universo 2002, Edif. B, Depto. 34, Col. La Aurora, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco 48338, México. By hiring us, you accept what follows.

1. Scope

Every service is quoted and confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before starting. Listed prices are «from» in MXN and may adjust to the real scope of the project.

2. Payments

Processed by Stripe. Projects begin once payment is confirmed. Monthly services renew month to month and can be cancelled anytime before the next charge.

3. Delivery

Timelines are agreed per project. We work in revisions, your approval is part of the process.

4. Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, the deliverables are yours. The internal tools, templates and systems used to produce them remain the property of Gallo AI Systems.

5. Honesty

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (sales, virality, rankings). We guarantee professional work, working systems and direct support.

6. Access to your accounts

When you contract social media management, you grant us access to your accounts through Meta Business or whatever mechanism the platform provides. In doing so you represent that you own those accounts or that you have authority to grant that access.

We use that access only for what you contracted: producing, scheduling and publishing content, and reading the metrics of those posts. We use it for nothing else, we never pass it to third parties, and we publish nothing you have not approved.

You can withdraw that access at any time, without telling us, from your own settings. Withdrawing it stops the service immediately, and does not release you from payments already accrued.

7. Your content

The content you approve is yours and you are responsible for it. By approving it you authorise us to publish it on your accounts on your behalf. You represent that you hold the rights to the images, video, music, trademarks and copy you provide us, and that publishing them infringes no third-party rights.

We do not publish content that is illegal, deceptive, impersonates someone, or breaches the policies of the platform it is going to. If a request falls into that, we decline it and tell you why.

8. Dependence on third-party platforms

Much of the service runs on platforms we do not control: Meta, Stripe, Vercel and any others the project requires. Their rules, pricing, APIs and availability are their decision and can change without notice to us.

We are not liable for outages, API changes, restrictions, suspensions or account blocks imposed by those platforms. If something like that interrupts the service, we tell you and look for whatever alternative exists. You likewise undertake to comply with the policies of the platforms we publish on for you.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice. To request deletion of your data, see Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. On termination we revoke and destroy the access tokens to your accounts, we hand over whatever is already paid for, and you settle whatever has accrued. Posts already published stay on your accounts and you manage them from there.

11. Liability

We stand behind the work we deliver. Our total liability to you, on any ground, does not exceed what you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost sales or lost profits.

12. Changes to these Terms

Changes are published at this same address, galloaisystems.com/en/terms, with the effective date updated. If a change affects a service you already contracted, we notify you through the contact channel we have before applying it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction.
